Through the Public Bar and past the Bistro at the rear of the building, you will find a leafy oasis that beckons, no matter the season. In summer, sit amongst the beautiful bougainvillea in the sunshine with your best pals, a bottle of rosé and maybe a some charcuterie, a Builders Arms cheeseburger and whipped cod roe. In winter, cosy up near the grill and watch the chefs create coal-roasted masterpieces. Our wood-fired rotisserie turns out menu staples and specials all year round, from roast chicken to house-smoked trout.
