Located on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, on the edge of Collingwood, Builders Arms Hotel is a historic Melbourne venue offering private spaces for corporate events, pharmaceutical functions, meetings, client entertaining, team gatherings and celebrations.
Our two dedicated event spaces can accommodate groups from 20 to 100 guests, with flexible dining and beverage options to suit different event formats and budgets. Both spaces are available for private meetings, presentations, catered lunches and dinners, cocktail events, product launches and client functions.

The Bowery Room
The Bowery Room provides a unique and timeless space overlooking both Gore Street and the courtyard below. With an open kitchen and vintage tiled bar, this space is ideal for weddings, birthdays, product launches, and more.
The Bowery Room can host up to 24 guests along one long table, with room for pre- and post-event drinks, or accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated event and up to 100 guests for a standing cocktail party.
Private Dining Room
Our intimate Private Dining Room is ideal for smaller gatherings, positioned with leafy views over Gertrude and Gore Streets, an inviting featuring a collection of art, eclectic objects, and a vintage record player with a vinyl library.
The Private Dining Room comfortably seats up to 20 guests at one long table, or accommodates up to 30 guests for a standing cocktail party.
