The Builders Arms Hotel offers two distinct spaces for groups big or small.
With flexible dining options that can be tailored to any type of gathering, both spaces formed an original part of our historic hotel and have been renovated and restored while retaining their original elegance and character.
Event menus are created by Andrew McConnell, boasting the simple, seasonal and contemporary fare for which he is renowned.

The Bowery Room
The Bowery Room provides a unique and timeless space overlooking both Gore Street and the courtyard below. With an open kitchen and vintage tiled bar, this space is ideal for weddings, birthdays, product launches and more.
The Bowery Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated event and 100 for a cocktail party.
Private Dining Room
Our intimate Private Dining Room is ideal for smaller gatherings, positioned with leafy views over Gertrude and Gore Streets, an inviting featuring a collection of art, eclectic objects and a vintage record player with a vinyl library.
The Private Dining Room can accomodate up to 19 guests for a seated event and 30 for a cocktail party.
