Our Twelfth Annual Sausage Festival

 
 

We hosted our 12th annual celebration of the humble snag in early June. For over a decade, we've been glorifying the many sausages from around the world. It's exactly what we needed to get us excited about the cosy winter days ahead.

The festival was filled with sausage shenanigans and presented a banger of a time (we even made our own suitably Bangin' playlist). We served six dishes that traverse the globe, something delicious to drink with each one, plus we hosted a launch party and a snag-attack of a trivia night with Cam Smith.

It warmed us through winter's shortest days and set us up for cheerful nights at the pub.
