Our Thirteenth Annual Sausage Festival

 
 

Our annual celebration of the humble snag returns from Thursday 18 June to Sunday 28 June. For over a decade, we’ve been glorifying the sausage — exactly the kind of comfort food we need to get through winter’s shortest days.

On the menu this year are six snag dishes, each paired with something delicious to drink. Pick up a menu card and get a stamp for each sausage dish you order. Complete the set to receive a limited-edition festival tote bag.

We’re hosting a sausage dog meetup on the corner of Gertrude and Gore Street on Sunday 21 June from 3pm to 5pm, with prizes for you and your pup. Plus a sausage-themed trivia night on Wednesday 24 June.
