Our Eleventh Annual Sausage Festival

 
 

This July, we hosted our annual celebration of the humble snag. For over a decade, we've been glorifying the many classic sausage dishes from around the world. 

This year’s festival was a sausage odyssey - we traversed the Rhine with an iconic Alsatian dish, headed to warmer climates with a spiced Thai-inspired snag and indulged in a blood sausage that took us to the streets of London. We of course picked out something delicious to drink alongside each dish.

It was exactly what we need to warm us through winter's shortest days.
